Shipping Carriers:
We ship all orders using USPS or UPS Ground.
Shipping Rates:
- Regular orders: Enjoy free shipping on orders over $35. Orders under $35 are charged a minimum of $4.95.
- B2B accounts (bulk buyers receiving discounts) are not eligible for free shipping.
Shipping Area & Time:
- We ship only within the 48 contiguous states of the United States.
- Orders are processed and shipped from Pennsylvania, with delivery typically within 1-3 business days.
Product Details:
- Pocket Bundles: Please note that colors may vary from the photos.
- Pocket Pets and Rock Families: The items shown in the photos are the actual products you will receive. Pocket Pets include a certificate of ownership.
Return Policy
Eligibility:
- Non-Returnable Orders: Custom orders and B2B orders are not eligible for returns.
- Eligible Orders: Returns are accepted for standard customer orders only, provided the item is in new, sellable condition.
Return Conditions:
- Returns must be requested within 7 business days of delivery.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives damaged or defective. In cases of damage/defect, we will issue a return shipping label.

Cancellation Policy
- Regular Orders: Can be cancelled as long as the order status has not been updated to “shipped.”
- B2B Orders: Once production begins, these orders are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled.
