What’s your return policy?
We want you to love your Pocket Pets! If something isn’t right, reach out within 7 business days of delivery. Returns are accepted on non-custom, non-B2B orders that are in new condition. If your item arrived damaged, we’ll cover the return shipping and make it right. Review our return policy here.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Absolutely—if it hasn’t shipped yet! Contact us as soon as possible. Once your order is marked as “shipped,” we can’t make changes. If your order is a custom order and we began printing, this order cannot be cancelled.
Do you offer wholesale or bulk ordering?
